We're on the hunt for a talented Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse, the fastest-growing independent Southern-style Smokehouse group in the UK.

As a Deputy General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 100+ to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coaching and training staff to achieve their full potential
  • Driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies
