Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-regarded brand. Vehicle Technician, ideally a qualified diagnostic technician, preferably multi,-brand expertise as you will be working in a busy Prep Centre working witvariouside a variety of speciaclient s. Our clients Prep Centrerocesvehiclesa 1600 vehicles a month and services 8 Stores around the UK.

  • Breadth of experience across all elements of used car retail
  • Capable of leading by example and setting the trend
  • Demonstrates the highest professional standards
  • Hands-on and happy to assist wherever possible to facilitate the smooth running of the team
  • Highly motivated and able to motivate others
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Driven individual with a passion for cars, people and processes
  • Car supermarket and volume used car management experience highly desirable


Qualifications and Experience
  • FCA accredited
  • Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site
  • Carrying out some general manager responsibilities in their absence
  • Management of the sales team and their performance
  • Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products
  • Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal
  • Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
  • Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
  • Leading by example exceeding your monthly sales targets
