Job Title: Field Account Manager

Join Rentokil Initial, a leading provider of washroom, floorcare, and aircare services, as a Field Account Manager. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and work towards achieving set targets.

About the Role:

As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of circa 200 existing customers, building relationships, selling additional services, and taking care of their every need. You will also be expected to generate and develop leads, work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets, and use your own initiative and planning to effectively manage your field days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and sell long and short-term contracts with businesses
  • Generate and develop leads through networking with other Rentokil Initial divisions
  • Build relationships both internally and externally
  • Work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets
  • Use your own initiative and planning to effectively manage your field days
  • Maintain an existing client/customer portfolio and present new products
  • Manage existing customer queries
  • Client relationship management, including debt and dispute resolution
  • Work with key accounts to maximise sales
  • Able to negotiate and close contracts
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have an ambitious, outgoing, and dedicated personality, with the ability to use your initiative whilst in the field. Field-based B2B sales or account management experience would be great, but you can be successful without it if you have the right drive. You will also need to have either a background in business development or customer service, and a full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
