Business Development Manager with International Focus

About the RoleAs an Account Manager and Business Growth Specialist, you will be working closely with customers, production, and technical teams to manage expectations and maximise the customer experience. This will involve building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and introducing relevant products to enhance customer businesses.
You will conduct research with existing and potential customers, including those in Norway, Dubai, and the UK. Travel will be required, but will be planned around your needs, allowing you to meet customers face-to-face and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth and expansion through customer relationship management and new business development.
- Work closely with production, technical teams, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including those in Norway, Dubai, and the UK.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to maximise the customer experience.
- A proven track record of customer interaction and relationship management.
- Experience of business development and growth, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
