Holistic Support Services is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide compassionate care and support to a young person within our Ofsted registered residential service.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young individual, fostering their well-being and development.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive care and support throughout the night, ensuring the young person's needs are met.
  • Conduct routine nightly checks to monitor safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities and observations.
What We Look For:
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and a commitment to their growth.
  • Experience in managing challenging behaviors or a background in childcare is desirable, but not essential.
  • A Level 3 diploma in a relevant field is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • A valid UK driving license is beneficial but not mandatory.
