Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Help with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans with our team
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team. A background in social care is not necessary, but you'll need to be willing to learn and develop your skills.
