Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
