Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Engage with clients in activities and hobbies to promote social interaction and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless support and care
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our clients. You'll need to be physically fit and able to lift and move clients safely. A background in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your ability to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
