Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of menus, managing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control.

About the Role:

As an Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and implementing menus to meet the needs of patients and staff
* Managing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies
* Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control
* Supervising a team of chefs to ensure high-quality meal production

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A recognized catering qualification (e.g. NVQ or City & Guilds)
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food safety and quality control
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
