Administrative Support Professional for Facilities Management

Randstad Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join their team in Manchester. This role will provide administrative support for facilities management across various sites.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all necessary administration support for the specific contract, operating and coordinating helpdesk functions and processes, and acting as a single point of contact for clients, service technicians, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality administrative support to the facilities management team
- To manage helpdesk operations, including scheduling workforce and generating monthly reports
- To maintain effective communication with clients, service technicians, and contractors
- To work collaboratively with the team to provide support and assistance wherever necessary
Requirements:
- An understanding of engineers' job roles and experience in scheduling workforce
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A Level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
