Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Specialist

At Sisk Group, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity, where everyone feels valued and respected. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Partner to join our team in St Albans, UK.
As an EDI Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our EDI strategy, working closely with senior leadership teams and stakeholders across the business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver innovative EDI learning and education plans, covering topics such as inclusive language, behavior, mentoring, cultural awareness, and inclusive recruitment.
You will also work closely with the Communications team to create a communications plan for internal and external stakeholders, supporting existing and helping set up new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) within the business. Additionally, you will contribute to policy and process reviews and development, covering the full employee lifecycle and breadth of diversity needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of key EDI topics, including legislation for Ireland and the UK. You will also need to have a proven track record of working with senior leadership teams and engaging stakeholders to drive meaningful change. Strong presentation and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
