About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at The George in Rye.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and drink, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, as well as mentoring and training junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
- Mentoring and training of junior team members
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Adherence to health and safety standards
Benefits:
