About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Technician to join our Conference and Events team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for conferences and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Technical Services Manager in providing technical services to Conference and Events department clients
  • Operate and maintain sound, lighting, and audio-visual systems for resort functions and events
  • Support external production companies producing conferences or events throughout the resort
  • Perform first-line maintenance of fixed installations in Leisure areas
