Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Technician to join our Conference and Events team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of all Resort functions and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Technical Services Manager in the provision of technical services to Conference and Events department clients.
  • Operate and maintain all sound, lighting, and audio-visual systems relating to the smooth running of all Resort functions and events.
  • Facilitate the requirements of external production companies producing conferences or events throughout the Resort.
  • Perform first-line maintenance of some fixed installations in the Leisure areas.
