Job Overview:
As a Food Safety Auditor at Samworth Brothers Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the production process meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit the production process against legislation, quality and safety standards, and internal procedures
- Perform regular checks and audits on meat and non-meat ingredients to ensure compliance with food safety requirements
- Calibrate scales, temperature probes, and other measuring devices
- Collect micro samples, water samples, and environmental swabs
- Monitor production lines to ensure product safety, quality, and customer requirements

Requirements:
- Experience from within a related quality/technical role within food manufacturing or educated in a food-related discipline
- Knowledge of food safety legislation, quality processes, and HACCP is highly advantageous
- High attention to detail, personable, with excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
