About The Role

This role is perfect for someone who wants to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our production process. You will be responsible for auditing our production lines, monitoring compliance with regulations, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit production lines to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with customers' requirements
  • Perform regular checks on meat and non-meat ingredients to monitor compliance with food safety requirements
  • Calibrate scales, temperature probes, and other measuring devices
  • Collect micro samples, water samples, and environmental swabs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a related quality/technical role within food manufacturing or educated in a food-related discipline
  • Knowledge of food safety legislation, quality processes, and HACCP highly advantageous
  • High attention to detail, personable with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
