Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Station Manager to join our team at WFS refuelling services. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the station, ensuring the safe, efficient, and correct handling and storage of aviation fuel from receipt into airport storage to delivery into the plane. They will also be responsible for liaising with third parties, maintaining a working relationship with airport authorities, and following up on inspection recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel and operations to ensure efficient and safe service delivery
  • Liaise with third parties to ensure seamless service provision
  • Collaborate with airport authorities to improve safety performance
  • Oversee training and induction of site contractors
  • Monitor and report staff data for payroll and KPIs

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years' work experience within the Aviation Fuels sector and possess relevant skills and qualifications, including understanding of Risk Assessment & Risk Management, working knowledge of Fuel Management Systems, and experience in Commercial/Business Development and QHSE.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Luton and other Southern UK Airports
