About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Bournemouth East. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care for patients with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Dorset Healthcare Mental Health Strategy.

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Nurse with valid registration with the NMC.
  • Experience of working in a mental health environment and applying the philosophies of engagement and recovery.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
