As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping people overcome barriers to employment and achieve positive outcomes.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires the ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs, including health conditions and disabilities, and to deliver a person-centred service that meets their unique requirements.

You will be responsible for sourcing job opportunities for clients through tailored job searches and regular contact with local employers, and for assessing client support needs and providing tailored support to help them understand their key skills, aspirations, and goals.

Awareness of health and mental health conditions and how this may impact on employment is essential, along with knowledge of local health services and understanding of a broad range of occupations and jobs in the local labour market.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of employee benefits, including generous annual leave, flexible working options, and access to a company pension scheme.
