Aramark UK seeks an experienced Event Operations Manager to join its team at Hartpury College in Gloucestershire. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role entails overseeing internal and external events, ensuring seamless hospitality services.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing staff, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, chefs, and maintenance staff.
  • Cultivate business opportunities by promoting facilities and services through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with conferences and hospitality, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and conducting post-event follow-ups.
  • Effectively 'up-sell' and 'cross-sell' to maximize revenue potential within the venue.
