Senior Events and Hospitality Coordinator

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Events and Hospitality Manager to join their esteemed team at the prestigious Hartpury College in Gloucestershire. This is an exciting, permanent and full-time position that reports directly to the General Manager on site.

A Day in the Life of an Events and Hospitality Manager:

• Organize and execute events, ensuring seamless hospitality services.
• Actively promote our facilities to customers through various marketing activities.
• Build lasting relationships with internal colleagues to understand conference, hospitality, and events needs.
• Maintain accurate administrative records associated with conferences, hospitality, and events, including prompt responses to inquiries, quotation preparation, contract issuance, invoicing, and post-event follow-ups.
• Skillfully up-sell and cross-sell to customers before sale closure to maximize opportunities within the venue.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative menu concepts.
