Procurement Manager

Renowned for its iconic creative management simulation games, Frontier captivates players worldwide with immersive and authentic game worlds. The modern studio is located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge (UK).
This role can be on a hybrid working basis, which means you'll have the opportunity to spend time working both in the studio and at home. We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Procurement team, including line management of Procurement Specialists.
- Identifying and delivering tangible results through cost reduction and service performance.
- Working with the Head of Financial Operations in managing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the organisation.
- Reviewing and assisting with Requests For Proposals (RFPs) to ensure the best outcomes for Frontier's procurement efforts.
- Regularly reviewing procedures and processes to ensure control, compliance, and efficiency across the Procurement function.
- Providing additional support and expertise to the Procurement Specialists in respect of licencing renewals and managing external talent negotiations.
- Assisting with high value contract renewals, including the review of commercial terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrable experience and track record in leading successful procurement efforts, preferably with experience in managing a team.
- Broad procurement experience with particular emphasis on indirect procurement.
- Experience of working in the tech sector, or games or entertainment industries.
- Experience working with software licenses.
