About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Facilities Manager to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure that all necessary procedures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Manage and maintain facilities, including maintenance of site infrastructure and production equipment.
  • Control and manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure they are working safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage facilities works and new equipment implementation to ensure minimal disruption to core activities.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, including statistics and trends.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are aware of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of health and safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in health and safety.
  • Experience in facilities management, including maintenance and operations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including COSHH and RIDDOR.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and respond to emergencies as required.
