About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Facilities Manager to join our team at Mirus Aircraft Seating.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management, governance, and continuous improvement of our business systems related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
