We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Manchester. As an Autism Specialist, you will provide targeted support to students with Autism, enabling them to reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Job

  • You will work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to create a tailored education plan for each student.
  • You will provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help due to Autism, using your expertise to promote independence and confidence.
  • You will work collaboratively with teachers to deliver lessons and activities that cater to diverse student needs.
  • You will assist in the development of social, emotional, and academic skills in students, promoting their overall well-being and success.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
