Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing residents' physical, psychological and social needs, developing personalized care plans and implementing evidence-based practice. You will also contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing safe and effective care, including medication administration and wound management
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the NMC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Information: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, access to professional development opportunities and a comprehensive salary scale.
