Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welcome & Service Manager to lead our Welcome team at Attingham Estate. As a key member of our property leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a fantastic experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Welcome team to deliver high standards of service and visitor experience
Develop and implement strategies to engage visitors and promote our charitable cause
Work closely with other heads of department to deliver the functioning and coordination of the visitor operation
Join the rota for duty management responsibilities throughout the year

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Confidence and ability to adapt quickly in a busy visitor service environment
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and inspire others to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work at pace
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Drive to deliver operational growing support targets
  • Good IT and supporting applications skills
