We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Heartwood Collection. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional standards of food presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
