About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at Bartholomews Agri Food Ltd. As a key member of our Trading team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of Seeds, Fertilizers, and other farm inputs while managing purchases of Grain from growers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales of Seeds, Fertilizers, and other farm inputs
  • Manage purchases of Grain from growers
  • Provide customers with information about all our farm services
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a sound understanding of on-farm sales, arable farming, and grain buying. Ideally, you will be qualified with experience gained within a similar role and able to develop a working customer portfolio in the areas of Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire.
