Agricultural Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at Bartholomews Agri Food Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of seeds, fertilizers, and other farm inputs while managing purchases of grain from growers for our trading team to market.
You will need to be knowledgeable about emerging technologies, industry trends, and our products and services to provide customers with information and advice. A sound understanding of on-farm sales, arable farming, and grain buying is essential for this role.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced arable farm specialist who holds a BASIS qualification or has studied and worked in arable agriculture to an advanced level. Alternatively, you may have hands-on farm management experience or have held a role in a similar business making arable farm sales with a serviced customer base that you have been able to successfully grow.
You will need to hold and maintain a UK driving license to be able to carry out this role, as you will be required to make on-farm visits and other trips and visits as the company needs.
