Agricultural Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at Bartholomews Agri Food Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of seeds, fertilizers, and other farm inputs while managing purchases of grain from growers for our trading team to market.
You will need to be knowledgeable about emerging technologies, industry trends, and our products and services to provide customers with information and advice. A sound understanding of on-farm sales, arable farming, and grain buying is essential for success in this role.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced arable farm specialist with a BASIS qualification or equivalent experience in arable agriculture. You will need to hold and maintain a UK driving license to carry out this role, which involves making on-farm visits and other trips as required.
You will be responsible for developing a working customer portfolio in the areas of Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. Knowledge of fertilizers and crop nutrition will be advantageous in this role.
