About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fiduciary to join our Binders and Facultative Team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a Senior Fiduciary, you will work closely with our team to provide expert advice and guidance on reinsurance coverage assessment, premium processing, and cash follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workload of the fiduciary team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client accounts.
  • Collaborate with CSS and Guy Carpenter client-facing colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to client issues.
  • Develop and maintain clear working papers supporting investigative work undertaken and/or methodologies used to support conclusions or proposals to senior management.
  • Support wider CSS activities, including the quarter review of potential financial exposures and delivery of key performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Re/insurance concepts and guidelines, laws and regulatory requirements (i.e., FCA), and general business trends.
  • A track record of successful client account management, relationship management, engagement, and development.
  • Successful management of workload; able to manage the expectations of all clients and stakeholders.
  • Inquisitive mind and highly developed problem-solving skills.
