About the Role
This Senior Fiduciary position is a key member of the Binders and Facultative Team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for handling and allocating payments and receipts for clients across all lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the workload of the fiduciary team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
- Collaborate with CSS and Guy Carpenter client-facing colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to client service.
- Develop and maintain clear working papers supporting investigative work undertaken and/or methodologies used to support conclusions or proposals to senior management.
- Support wider CSS activities, including the quarter review of potential financial exposures and delivery of key performance targets.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Re/insurance concepts and guidelines, laws and regulatory requirements (i.e., FCA), and general business trends.
- A track record of successful client account management, relationship management, engagement, and development.
- Successful management of workload; able to manage the expectations of all clients and stakeholders.
- Inquisitive mind and highly developed problem-solving skills.
