Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Care Team Leader to support our frontline staff in delivering high-quality care and support. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in enabling individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and live the life they choose.

**About Enable Scotland:**
We are one of the most impactful social care charities in the country, providing self-directed and human rights-driven social care support for over 1,100 people across Scotland. Our industry-leading model enables individuals to take control of their lives and make informed decisions about their support.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of frontline staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs
- Use person-centred planning techniques to deliver excellent support practices
- Facilitate strong team ownership and responsibility for the quality of support delivered

**Requirements:**
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use
