- Promoting social interactions among residents and staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment">
- Monitoring residents' health and communicating concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager">
- Upholding the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.">
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, with transferable skills a plus.">
- Passion: A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.">
