Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Enable Scotland. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of frontline staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising a team of frontline staff to ensure delivery of excellent care and support services.
  • Developing and implementing person-centred plans to meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities.
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and external professionals.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,961 per annum plus additional on-call payment, as well as a range of benefits including health cash plans, employee assistance programme, and cycle to work scheme.
