We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our client's global facilities management team at Randstad CPE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing support via calls and emails.
  • Prioritize tasks based on client requirements.
  • Generate purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Manage invoices and ensure compliance.
  • Closely liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Handle complaints efficiently.
  • Track engineers' timesheets, holidays, and overtime.
  • Ensure timely completion of contract work.
  • Meet KPIs on schedule.
  • Provide regular reports.

Salary and Benefits:

Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with additional benefits including annual leave, bank holidays, pension scheme, training courses, and more.
