About the Role

Oyster Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Adviser to join their team. As a key member of the customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-line support to customers, providing outstanding customer solutions, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Inbound Support Tickets: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving non-technical and technical support issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and Resolve Issues: Gather information, determine the root cause, and devise solutions to resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation consultants, to ensure swift ticket resolutions and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party organizations.
  • Raise Issues and Risks: Identify and report any product-related issues or risks to the product team and Customer Service Director, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Develop Personal Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with business and software knowledge to support the company's key activities, enhancing your skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Financial/Accounts Background: A Financial/Accounts qualification is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of financial software and accounting principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Confident in assisting clients via phone or email, with experience working on multiple simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage changing priorities, and maintain a high level of organization and self-motivation.
