Senior Residential Manager

Designated Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Manager to join our team in Essex. As a Senior Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the management of services, including staff management and supervision, care and placement planning, safeguarding, communications, report writing and monitoring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full implementation of statutory and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
