Job Overview

Mason Blake is a top-tier investment management house based in London, seeking an experienced Client Account Operations Manager to join our high-performing team. This role involves coordinating the entire account opening process from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure timely and consistent delivery of account opening documentation for new client accounts
  2. Initiate and maintain account records, reviewing and approving new account set-ups
  3. Coordinate fund launches, closures, and share class launches, including related transition events
  4. Provide guidance and training to colleagues, acting as a subject matter expert
  5. Liaise with Transition Managers and other stakeholders as necessary
  6. Reconcile external transition management trade execution files for new or existing accounts
  7. Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Investment teams to facilitate smooth transition events
  8. Maintain awareness of industry, custodian bank, and regulatory changes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
