Product Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Management Administrator to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a key member of our products team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of our training products and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the products team with administrative tasks, including managing product portfolios and ensuring timely releases.
- Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio to maintain the commercial viability and relevance of our products in the market.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint extensively for creating high-quality content and proofreading.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the products team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Administrative experience, preferably in a training or learning development environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A background in learning and development or training material development is highly desirable.
