Product Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Management Administrator to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a key member of our products team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of our training products and ensuring all products and services are released to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the products team with managing the administration of training products
- Ensure all products and services are released to quality standards
- Manage the product and services material libraries on SharePoint, including version control
- Maintain the product portfolio on GoldVision CRM
- Ensure all training materials are consistent with the company brand guidelines
- Support the Head of Portfolio to ensure all product materials, assets, and realia are created, updated, and delivered to the business in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate product performance and customer feedback reports
- Manage the image database together with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain the products quality manual and process documents, drive continuous improvement to be able to maintain quality and speed to market
Requirements:
- Administration experience, preferably in a training provider environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Good Excel skills
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail with good proof-reading and quality checking experience
- A high standard of verbal and written English
