CK Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HEALTH AND SAFETY LEAD to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company, driving innovation and excellence in health and safety services across the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with excellent leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based health and safety services, aligned with industry standards and best practices.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to take their career to the next level, working closely with a talented team of experts in the field of health and safety. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £84 per hour, paid through PAYE.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a high-quality, reliable, evidence-based, customer-focused, and consistent health and safety service across the UK GSK sites.
  • Accountability and oversight of all UK Health and Safety policies and processes.
  • Responsibility for clinical service delivery and management of the HS team across the UK.
  • Produce and share meaningful Health and Safety Services data and metrics to key Site Stakeholders, each quarter, as well as other business partners, as required.

Your Background:

  • Registered Nurse, NMC, Part 3.
  • Post graduate Occupational Health qualification.
  • MSc/BSc in Occupational Health +/- safety management or related health studies.
  • COACHING AND STAFF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
  • CUSTOMER INTERFACE, such as training/presenting relevant health data.
  • Skilled at high-level audit on clinical performance and service delivery.

Location:

This role is based at our client's site but can be in either Stevenage, Ware, Worthing, Barnard Castle, or Montrose.
