About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Manager to drive compliance and mitigate risks across our diverse operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead health and safety initiatives nationwide, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

This standalone position offers autonomy, remote work flexibility, and travel to sites as required. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust health and safety management systems, conducting site inspections and audits, and investigating incidents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and other regulated frameworks.
  • Developing and implementing effective health and safety strategies.
  • Conducting training sessions on health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborating with site managers and governance teams to drive improvements.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and self-sufficient individual who thrives in independent roles. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential.

Salary: £50,000 per annum. Location: Hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and occasional site visits.
