As a Relief Pharmacy Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy network, providing expert advice and guidance on pharmacy operations, and contributing to our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality pharmacy services to customers and patients
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Build relationships with store teams to enhance pharmacy capabilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on pharmacy operations and national/local services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Strong professional expertise and reputation among stakeholders, peers, patients, and external professionals
- Passion for community pharmacy and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations, national and local services, and current trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
