About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Community Mentor Specialist to join our team in the Communities and Education Division. As a Community Mentor Specialist, you will work closely with clients to provide personalized support, guidance, and empowerment to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a non-judgmental approach when interacting with clients. A basic understanding of IT skills is also required.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing one-to-one support and guidance to clients
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting regular supervision sessions and progress reviews
  • Identifying and accessing relevant resources to support client needs
