About the Role:

McLaren Racing is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Engineering Graduate Programme. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-performance racing cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insight into all functions of an F1 team, with a focus on Technical and Race Team elements.
  • Deliver performance projects across multiple functions, including Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Race Engineering, and Strategy.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business and levels of management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent).
  • General computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to placement area.
  • Practical mindedness and a passion for motorsport.
  • Previous experience in motorsport is desirable but not required.
