About the Role:

McLaren Racing is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Engineering Graduate Programme. As a graduate engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insight into the functions of an F1 team, with a focus on Technical and Race Team elements.
  • Deliver performance projects across multiple functions, including Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Race Engineering, and Strategy.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business and levels of management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent).
  • General computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to placement area.
  • Practical mindedness and a passion for motorsport.
  • Previous experience in motorsport is desirable but not required.

  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to support others.
  • Confident in presenting, reporting, and managing your own work and the expectations of your stakeholders.
  • Proactive, highly self-motivated, and determined to achieve successful outcomes.
