Purpose of the Role

Our Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to develop talented individuals within the Engineering department, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You'll have the opportunity to rotate through various areas of the team, gaining hands-on experience in Aerodynamics, Design, Racing, and Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain insight into the functions of an F1 team, with a focus on Technical and Race Team elements.
  • Deliver performance projects across multiple functions, including Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Race Engineering, and Strategy.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences, and a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) grade. You'll also need to possess general computing skills and software knowledge relevant to the placement area.

Previous experience in motorsport is desirable, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about innovation, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results.
