At HC-One, we're passionate about creating a kind and compassionate environment for our residents. As an Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering engaging and meaningful activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being.

With a focus on developing and implementing activity programmes, you'll work closely with our care teams to create a tailored experience for each resident. Your expertise will help us deliver a range of activities, from arts and crafts to exercise classes and social events.

We're looking for someone with a background in working with vulnerable individuals, ideally with experience in developing activity programmes. You'll need excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you'll be expected to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if you have any concerns. We'll provide full training to support you in this role.
